Every day is a great day to get outside! Enjoying time in nature is one of the best ways to combat stress and relax. To get into areas that do not allow bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, or dogs, enjoy Lethbridge’s protected areas consisting of: the Alexander Wilderness Park located through Legacy Ridge North; Cottonwood Park located on the far southwest corner; the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands; and the 200-acre Lethbridge Nature Reserve, located in the heart of the city of Lethbridge in the river valley.
