Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the air quality advisory issued July 1, 2015 for the Lethbridge-area, in the South Zone of AHS.
According to AHS, air monitoring has shown this area is no longer being impacted by wildfires in Northern Alberta and Saskatchewan, at this time.
All Albertans are reminded air quality can and will vary with weather conditions and prevailing winds, year round.
Information about the air quality in many areas of Alberta is updated regularly on the Alberta Parks website at: http://esrd.alberta.ca/air/programs-and-services/air-quality-health-index/default.aspx.
