HELEN MARIE BAKER passed away at the Coaldale Care Centre on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the age of 76 years, beloved wife of Edward Baker. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, COALDALE CHAPEL, 2216-21 A. Avenue, Coaldale with Bishop Mark Sauer officiating.

BOULTON
KAREN DENISE BOULTON, beloved wife of Mark Kellar, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, November 28, 2014 at the age of 49 years. A private family service will be held.

CARUSO
THOMAS CARUSO passed away at St. Michael¹s Health Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday November 27th, 2014 at the age of 59 years. In lieu of flowers, Tom has requested that everyone should make a contribution to their own children or grandchildren¹s education fund.

KAREN DOREEN (NEE ERICKSON) LEWKO
It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the passing of Karen Doreen (nee Erickson) Lewko on Saturday November 29, 2014 at the age of 64 years, after a lengthy illness. Besides her husband and best friend, Darrel, Karen is survived by daughter Candace Lewko, son Todd (Karen) Lewko, grandchildren Thomas and Aiden Lewko, and Chanteal, Brendon, and Adam Palmer; mother-in-law Jeanette Lewko, brother-in-law Allan (Kitty) Lewko, sister-in-law Colette (Larry) Jones, and numerous extended family members. Karen was predeceased by her parents John and Ada (Babs) Virginia Erickson, and sister, Barbara Jeanne. Karen was born and raised near Camrose, Alberta. She married Darrel in 1969 in Lethbridge, where they owned and operated Park-Nielsen Dry Cleaners, for 25 years. Darrel and Karen spent many happy, early years with family and friends on vacations, and in retirement, made the transition to the Castle Mountain area, where Karen spent over 20 years working at Castle Mountain Ski Resort, first starting as the Food and Beverage manager of the T-Bar Pub, and then later was Employee and Guest Services Manager. Like her father, John Erickson (VE6NB), Karen was also a Ham Radio Operator. Her call letters, VE6KDL, were well known throughout the Southern Alberta area. Karen had made a huge impact on the community of Pincher Creek. Her life was to have people happy. A public viewing took place on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Snodgrass Funeral Home (1101 ­ Main Street, Pincher Creek, AB). A ³Celebration of Happiness² will be held at 2:00 pm at the Pincher Creek Community Hall on Tuesday, December 2, 2014. Everyone is welcome. The interment will be held at Wilhelmina Lutheran Church, near Camrose, AB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Karen¹s name to the Canadian Mental Health Association at CMHA@ca or to the Canadian Red Cross in the gift of Food, Warmth, or Comfort, on line at http://www.redcross.ca/givewhatmatters. MARK ALEXANDER SYMONS passed away suddenly in Lethbridge on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at the age of 46 years. He is the beloved father of Mary and Alexandra. At his request, no funeral service will be held. A trust fund for Mark¹s daughters will be set up at a future date.

WOLF CHILD
TABITHA LACEY BLACK WATER – WOLF CHILD, wife of Dylan Quesnelle, passed away on November 29th, 2014 at the age of 30 years. A Candlelight Vigil will be held at Lorraine Black Water¹s Residence on Wednesday, Dec 3rd at 5:00 p.m. Other arrangements to be announced when completed.

Dorothy Bael
1951 – 2014
Dorothy Bael, beloved wife of Cyriel Bael, passed away in Taber on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at the age of 63 years after a lengthy battle with cancer. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 – 48 Avenue, Taber on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 5:00 P.M.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine¹s Catholic Church, 5009 – 48 Avenue, Taber on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Vincent TuanHa, Celebrant. Besides her husband Cyriel, Dorothy is survived by their son Victor (Shannon) Bael of Taber and their family Zackery and Georgia. She was predeceased by her youngest son Jeremy Bael in 2008 and parents William ³Bill² and Gladys ³Bunty² Malinsky. Dorothy was a very giving and loving woman. She was always willing to help her friends and family when needed. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and relatives and friends. She enjoyed camping, ice fishing and mud bogging. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered.
