Rashel “Minnie” Bobby-Jo Anderson

1988 – 2015

Rashel left this world on November 24, 2015. She would have been 27 years old on December 14th of this year, 2015. She died suddenly in the recovery room in Lethbridge Regional Hospital, after undergoing surgery. It is an understatement to say that she will be greatly missed by her family. Left to mourn her are her two young daughters Madison, who is 7 years old, and Rhea, who is 4 years old. Her sisters, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She also had many friends and extended family. She was predeceased by her baby brother when she was a very little girl. We are all so very deeply saddened by her sudden passing that it is hard to find the words to express our sorrow. We find a small measure of comfort in knowing that when she passed away, she was not in pain, nor was she afraid. Her daughters will grow up without their mother. Her sisters, family and friends will never have the privilege of seeing her again, and her last words to her mother were “love you too, mum”. There will always be the stark reminders that she is not here, that she is gone. Her empty seat at our table, like the empty spot in our lives. Our hearts are so heavy with grief and sorrow, and we will never be the same. Even though she is not here in body, she’s in the sunrises and sunsets, the earth, the air, and the breeze that touch our faces. She is in all the life that surrounds us, and most importantly of all, she is within our hearts and our memories. You are deeply missed, Rashel and always will be. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 14, 2015 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 St. S., Lethbridge, AB.
