PARD

Bernadette Pard “Pohkatoisaaki – Small Picking Berry Woman”, beloved wife of the late Isadore Pard, passed away on November 23, 2017 at the age of 74 years. Bernadette was a Blackfoot Historian/researcher, and was the author of “The Peigan, a Nation in Transition”

A wake service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Monday November 27, 2017 at Bernadette’s Residence. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday November 28, 2017 at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (2604 3 rd Avenue), Fort Macleod, AB with Father Angelo De’ Costa Officiating.
