Maria enjoyed life, was independent, intelligent and comfortable to talk with anyone, even strangers, on a broad range of topics. She enjoyed gardening, travelling, cooking, reading, music and conversation. She continued to travel and knew how important it was to be a good friend and human being.

Maria was predeceased by her father Ivan, mother Simone, brothers Kristoforo and Daniel, sister in law Rosaria.

Maria is survived and loved by her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Daniela (Edward; Dylan, Natalie), Dora (Gary; Garret, Justin), Chris (Teresa; Matia, Christina & Sophia), Bruno (Kathy; Katie), Angelo (Cindy; Lise, Alec), Lily (Eddie; Daniel, Adam, Tessa), John (Monika), and many dear friends.
