Canes vs. Pats head to head this season

The Lethbridge Hurricanes and Regina Pats faced each other four times during the regular season with each team winning twice.
However, one of the Pats losses was in overtime, giving Regina five of a possible eight points over the Canes during the season.
October 15
Enmax Centre, Lethbridge
Pats 7, Hurricanes 2
Regina blew open a 3-2 lead after two periods with five third-period goals to kick off the season series.
Adam Brooks led the charge for the Pats with one goal and three assists, while Austin Wagner has two goals and an assist and Filip Ahl had one goal and two assists. Chase Harrison also had a goal and two assists.
Calen Addison and Ryley Lindgren replied for the Hurricanes.
Oct. 18
Brandt Centre, Regina
Pats 6, Hurricanes 1
The Pats scored their second win over the Canes in as many games with four first-period goals. Ahl scored twice and added an assist and Sam Steel scored twice.
Giorgio Estephan had the Lethbridge goal.
Dec. 7
Enmax Centre, Lethbridge
Hurricanes 5, Pats 4, (OT)
Hurricanes defenceman Brennan Menell scored a little over three minutes into overtime for Lethbridge’s first win over the Pats.
Tanner Nagel, Ryan Bowen, Tyler Wong and Jordy Bellerive scored in regulation for Lethbridge.
Steel scored twice for the Pats.
Hurricanes goaltender Stuart Skinner made 42 saves in the win and Wong added two assists for a three-point night.
Feb. 28
Brandt Centre, Regina
Hurricanes 4, Pats 1
Wong had two goals and an assist and Bellerive and Matt Alfaro added one each in the win.
Skinner made 42 saves in the win.
Dawson Leedahl replied for the Pats.
