Lethbridge Regional Police Servoce has concluded an investigation into a reported abduction without charges.
On July 14 at approximately 10:44 p.m., police responded to Henderson Lake after a witness reported a group of men were involved in a physical altercation that resulted in one man being forced into a vehicle and driven away.
Following a news release of the incident and subsequent posts on social media, police received a number of tips which led to the identification of the victim.
Police located and spoke to the man, who was OK, but unco-operative and declined to pursue the matter any further.
Investigation determined this was a targeted incident related to the drug trade, according to police, as the LRPS added no further information will be released.
