Tickets go on sale Friday for a Lethbridge show by multi-talented actor and comedian Jim Gaffigan.
He’ll be bringing his new “Pale Tourist” show to the Enmax Centre on Feb. 1.
It’s been a busy year for Gaffigan, with eight films opening – three of them premiering at the Sundance Film Festival. They included “Troop Zero” with Viola Davis and Allison Janney, “Them That Follow” with Olivia Coleman and Walton Goggins and “Light From Light” with Marin Ireland.
Gaffigan also debuted in two leading roles, in the comedy “Being Frank” and the thriller “American Dreamer.”
As well, Gaffigan recently released his seventh stand-up special, “Quality Time” with Amazon – their first original comedy special.
Gaffigan opened for Pope Francis in front of a million-plus people in Philadelphia during the Pope’s visit in the U.S., and he’s now one of just 10 comedians in history to sell out the Madison Square Garden arena.
He frequently offers humorous commentaries on CBS Sunday and last year he served as master of ceremonies at The Al Smith Memorial dinner. His new tour will kick off in Pittsburgh in January, followed by dates in Mexico, Argentina and Peru as well as the U.S. and Canada.
Reserved seat tickets will be available at the Enmax Centre in person or online – http://www.enmaxcentre.ca – at $45.50, $65.50 or $79.50 plus service charges.
