Search warrant yields numerous arrests, charges

Lethbridge Police Service have recovered stolen property and drugs, following a search warrant at a northside home Friday evening.

Members of the Downtown Policing Unit, with the assistance of Patrol Operations and K-9 executed a search warrant at 341, 20 Street North.

The search warrant was in relation to theft of bikes in west Lethbridge and a break and enter on 13 Street South. Police located a total of eight people inside the residence and quickly observed evidence of drug use and drug trafficking. During the search of the residence, police also located stolen property, including bike parts and stolen identification documents.

Three stolen bikes were returned to their rightful owners and police continue to investigate to determine the owners of the additional recovered stolen property.

A total of 17 criminal charges were laid and approximately $9,000 in stolen property recovered.

Jade Tiffany Little, 30, of Lethbridge, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000, three counts of unlawful possession of identity documents and one count of possession of stolen credit card. Little was released by a Justice of the Peace with numerous conditions and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.

Bradley Peter Smith, 53, of Lethbridge, is charged with two counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000. Smith is currently in police custody and is awaiting a Judicial Interim Release hearing.

Nicholas Blaine Heavyrunner, 25, of Lethbridge is charged with one count of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking. Heavyrunner is currently in police custody and is awaiting a Judicial Interim Release hearing.

Sandra Kelly Harris, 51, of Lethbridge, is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. Harris is currently in police custody and is awaiting a Judicial Interim Release hearing.

John Carl Wipf, 38, of Lethbridge, is charged with four counts of possession of stolen property under $5,000. Wipf was released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 28.

Jerimiah Timothy Holy White Man, 34, of Lethbridge, is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. Holy White Man was released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear in court on March 26.

Elishia Joel Daychief, 41, of Lethbridge, is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance. Daychief was released on an Appearance Notice and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 14.
