Scheidegger team begins play at provincials

Casey Scheidegger is back to lead her rink at the Sentinel Storage Alberta Scotties Tournament of Hearts starting today in Okotoks.
Scheidegger and her rink of third Cary-Anne McTaggart, second Jessie Haughian and lead Kristie Moore hit the hack today at 11 a.m. as they take on Krysta Hilker and wrap up the first day’s play at 6:30 p.m. against Jodi Vaughan.
Scheidegger is back in action Thursday at 1 p.m. against Nicky Kaufman and at 6:30 p.m. against Kayla Skrlik.
The locals play at 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Friday against Marla Sherrer and Laura Walker, respectively, and complete the round-robin portion Saturday at 8:30 a.m. against Kelsey Rocque.
Scheidegger was away from her team late last year to give birth to her second child.
