TORONTO — Blue Jays manager John Schneider is making a couple minor changes to his batting order for Game 7 of the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Addison Barger will bat fifth for the deciding game at Rogers Centre.
He’s hitting .357 in the post-season with three homers and a 1.008 OPS.
Daulton Varsho is moving down two spots to seventh. The rest of the order is the same as Game 6 with George Springer leading off ahead of Nathan Lukes, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Bo Bichette.
Alejandro Kirk stays in the sixth spot, Ernie Clement is batting eighth and Andres Gimenez is in the nine spot.
Right-hander Max Scherzer is tabbed to start for the Blue Jays against two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani.
