The Lethbridge Polytechnic Kodiaks men’s volleyball team are one step closer to their ultimate goal of winning an ACAC championship after sweeping the NAIT Ooks in three sets (25-17, 25-22, 25-23) in their quarterfinal matchup at Lakeland College on Thursday.
Ethan Nashim contributed 13 points to lead the way for the Kodiaks in that department.
Ben Dyck had an .800 kill percentage after making four kills on five attempts and Nashim who had a .476 kill percentage, went 13-for-21, and Nolan Moes, who had a .412 kill percentage, went 10-for-17 in the same category.
The Kodiaks play their semi-final game against a fellow 17-2 regular season team in the Keyano Huskies tonight at 6 p.m. with a berth in the final on the line.
