LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE The Licensed Practical Nurse, (“LPN”) will work within the Home & Community Care program guidelines and carry out work assignments that support/assist clients in active or daily living. The LPN will combine health knowledge, communication, and administrative skills to effectively deliver community care services and adapt services to meet the changing health and social needs of Piikani members.
