Union Berlin and Stuttgart set Bundesliga record with 8 goals before halftime

BERLIN (AP) — Union Berlin’s German league match against Stuttgart on Saturday became the first Bundesliga game with eight goals before halftime.

The score was 4-4.

Both sides are in the bottom half of the standings.

Andre Ilic scored twice for Berlin, while Suttgart had four different scorers.
