OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney is giving Dominic LeBlanc a new title dealing with Canada-U.S. trade, intergovernmental affairs and “one Canadian economy” as his government looks to knock down internal trade barriers.
Chrystia Freeland keeps her role in transport and will oversee internal trade, while Maninder Sidhu takes over international trade.
