CP NewsAlert: U.S.federal appeal’s court rules Trump’s tariffs illegal

WASHINGTON — A United States federal appeals court ruled today that many of U.S President Donald Trump’s tariffs, including the fentanyl-related duties on Canada, are illegal but allowed for the levies to remain in place as the case likely makes its way to the Supreme Court.
