OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney is unveiling a hike to the GST credit of 25 per cent to help lower-income consumers deal with the high cost of groceries across the country.

He is making the announcement at a local Ottawa grocery story as MPs return to the House of Commons today after a winter break.
