VICTORIA — The Conservative Party of British Columbia says Richmond Centre MLA Hon Chan is facing “serious criminal charges” and has been removed from the party caucus.

Interim leader Trevor Halford says in a statement that “any allegations of domestic violence are taken seriously” by the party.
