If you live within the city of Lethbridge, a paper will be dispatched to your location. Information received past 12 noon, your paper will be dispatched the following morning.
Residents outside Lethbridge will be given an extension credit on your account.
All complaints are forwarded to the appropriate District Manager and the correct delivery person notified.
Requests sent after 5:00 p.m. on Friday will not be retrieved until 9:00 a.m. Monday morning.
