MAY

It is with great sadness that the family of THURZAMAE MAY announces her sudden passing on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at the young age of 54 years.

Thurzamae will be forever remembered by her husband, Alvin; children, Cortney (Kyle), Josh (Laura), Cali and Tori; and two granddaughters, Brooklynn and Makenna; father, Frank Graham, and siblings, Valorie (Donovan) Gervais, Ross Graham, Dale (Gladys Ann) Graham, Melinda Graham and Rodger (Barb) Graham. She will also be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

Thurzamae was predeceased by her mother, Viola Graham.

Her love of life and people touched the lives of all who knew her. She was such a compassionate, thoughtful and selfless mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend. She was a devoted lover of animals from a young age, especially to her cats. Her quiet courage, strength of spirit, creativity and sense of humor will be carried forward by all those who knew and loved her. As an avid follower of Jesus, we find peace in knowing that she is finally home with her Heavenly Father and loving Saviour.

Due to the current travel/large gathering restrictions, a Private Funeral Service in memory of Thurzamae will be held at Cornerstone Funeral Home with Pastor Jeremy Light officiating. She will be laid to rest in the family plot in the Taber Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to Southern Alberta Bible Camp (www.sabc.ca/donate) or Streets Alive Mission (www.streetsalive.ca /donate).
