Copperheads looking for coaching staff for 2020-21

The Coaldale Copperheads are looking for new faces behind the bench as they get ready for the 2020-21 Heritage Junior Hockey League season.

The Copperheads are accepting applications for the position of head coach. The selected head coach will be responsible for bringing in their own assistant coaches.

Interested coaches can contact the Copperheads at http://www.coaldalecopperheads.com and click on the media news link on left hand side of the page for a PDF coaches application and can send the application and detailed resume to coaldalecopperheads@gmail.com.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the deadline to apply is yet to be determined.

The Copperheads are also looking for new board members. Those interested can email the team at coaldalecopperheads@gmail.com.

Last season, the Copperheads went 24-13-1 to finish fourth in the HJHL Southern Division.

They were eliminated in the first round of playoffs in five games by the High River Flyers.

The HJHL were playing divisional finals in mid-March when the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
