Bulls add right-handed pitcher Schaffer to roster

The weather outside isn’t exactly baseball weather, but that hasn’t stopped the Lethbridge Bulls from making another roster move with another Western Canadian Baseball League season approaching.
On Monday, the Bulls announced they had signed Cardston product and right-handed pitcher Ty Schaffer.
Schaffer spent the 2019 WCBL season with the Brooks Bombers, going 0-1 and posting a 7.59 ERA in 10.2 innings of work, striking out six.
After the COVID-19 pandemic cancelled the 2020 season, the Bulls are slated to open the 2021 season May 28 and 29 against the Sylvan Lake Gulls at Spitz Stadium.
