KNOWLTON, Kimberly KIMBERLY ANN KNOWLTON It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Kimberly Ann Knowlton on January 23, 2023, at St. Michael’s Hospital, Lethbridge, Alberta. Wake services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the Knowlton Residence on Piikani Nation. Funeral Services will be held at the Community Hall in Brocket on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 1:00pm

MOTYCKA, Anne MOTYCKA ANNE MOTYCKA passed away at St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at the age of 92 years.
Anne was predeceased by her beloved husband John.
Anne is survived by her seven children, Garry (Leslie) Motycka, Karl (Josje) Motycka, Ron (Rina) Motycka, Francie Martin, Jean (Greg) Kautz, Judy Collett, and John B. Motycka; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren as well as brothers Frank (Agnes) Machacek, Martin (Anne) Machacek, and John (Margo) Machacek; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Anne touched the lives of all those who knew her and our time with her was treasured. She accomplished much in her life, including being active in her church and community.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, on Monday, February 6, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Kevin Tumback celebrating. The Funeral Mass will be live-streamed and may be viewed through Anne’s obituary on the Cornerstone website.
Following the Funeral Mass, Anne will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband John, in Mountain View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Anne’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ca).

FENNELL, Dr. Austin REVEREND DR. AUSTIN FENNELL Jan. 14, 1933 – Dec. 15, 2022 “Well done, good and faithful servant.” FENNELL, Austin Boyd. Following a brief illness, the Rev. Dr. Austin Fennell died on December 15, 2022, at the age of 89 years, one month before his 90th birthday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Mission and Service Fund of The United Church of Canada, of which Austin was a lifelong supporter.
A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00 am, on Friday, February 3, 2023, at SOUTHMINSTER UNITED CHURCH, 1011 4 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB.

SCHUTTE, Frederik “Fred” SCHUTTE FREDERIK “FRED” SCHUTTE of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at home with his wife Gayle by his side, on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at the age of 75 years.
Besides his loving wife Gayle, Fred is survived by his daughter Anne Schutte, son-in-law Ivica Zivkovic and sister Jannie Korzelius.
