So that means the landlords now have an excuse to raise the rent for those already struggling to get by!!?
I hate stats! Did they take into consideration that Lethbridge has high numbers of seniors compared other centers per capita, high rates of students per capita or workers related to the ag industry? There are many variables that impact rent and people cannot afford any more hikes!
Stats never tell the whole story and that is why and don’t trust them! People in Lethbridge are struggling to pay their rent which in many cases is already too much for what they get!
Is this the same rental group that said Lethbridge is one of the safest cities in Canada to live?
