HUIZING, Douwe Douwe Huizing 1960 – 2024 Douwe Wendelinus Huizing, beloved husband of Sandra Huizing, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at the age of 64 years.A private burial service will be held at the Burdett Cemetery prior to the funeral service on Friday, June 28, 2024.
The Funeral Service will be held at the Christian Community Church, 415 – 4 Avenue, Burdett on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Condolences may be forwarded by visiting our website at http://www.southlandfuneral.com.

LEHMAN, Doreen LEHMAN DOREEN MARY LEHMAN, passed away peacefully on June 23, 2024 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 81 years.
She is survived by her son, Greg; daughter, Lori (Randy) Whillans; grandchildren, Jessica, Holly, and Bobbi; great grandchildren, Jadie, Jace, and Harper; brother, David (Stephanie) Leavitt; and close friends Razia and Abby. She is predeceased by her husband, Don, and son Bill.
Doreen’s love for travel took her around the world, and she always said she wanted to “see over the next hill.” Some of her favourite memories were from her time in Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu, where she and Don spent two years volunteering. Another highlight was a trip to India that was gifted by Razia.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at St. Michael’s Health Centre for their care and support.

GOUGHNOUR, Dean DEAN GOUGHNOUR 1937 – 2024 Mr. Dean Goughnour of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Maureen Goughnour, passed away suddenly at home, on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Dean will be greatly missed by many friends, golf buddies and business associates that he has met over the years.
