NOTICE Prairie Bible Institute Amendment Act, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a petition will be submitted by Prairie Bible Institute to the Lieutenant Governor and the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta for the passage of a Bill to be cited as the “Prairie Bible Institute Amendment Act, 2026.” The proposed Bill would enable Prairie Bible Institute to provide programs of study, approved in accordance with Alberta’s Post-secondary Learning Act that lead to the granting of degrees, diplomas, and certificates, and to provide institutionally approved programs of study that lead to the granting of diplomas and certificates. Any person whose rights or property may be materially affected by the proposed legislation should consult the Legislative Assembly website for information on private bills and deadlines (assembly.ab.ca) and contact the Office of Parliamentary Counsel in writing as soon as possible if they wish to make a representation concerning this application.
