YAMASHITA The Family of Ruriko Lily Yamashita would like to thank all those who attended her funeral on November 16th. Your presence was a great comfort to us. we appreciate the gifts of food, flowers, friendship and condolences. We would especially like to thank the staff of the Good Samaritan’s Park Meadows Cottage 7 who cared for her in such a gentle way. We are very appreciative of the health care staff of the Chinook Regional Hospital Emergency Room and Unit 3B who provided such expert and compassionate palliative care in her last week of life. Thanks to Dr. N. Lagadin, her family doctor for always being there. We are grateful to Mrs. Mari Akiyama and Mrs. Sandy Wilson who were Mom’s Home Care providers for the last decade. Without you she couldn’t have stayed at home so long. At the end, we are very appreciative of Lisa Shimozawa and the staff of Martin Brothers Funeral Home for a lovely send off. Bye Mom, I hope you and Dad are busy golfing up in Heaven. Bob, Kathy, Geary, Maureen and Linda and all our families.
