Choosing a Christmas gift for co-workers or business associates is often a difficult task. What will they most appreciate, what is appropriate, professional, yet personal?
Interfaith Food Bank has established a program that may address this issue not only for Christmas, but for other special occasions such as birthdays, retirement or special achievements: The Gift of Giving Program.
Do you have someone hard to buy for? Give the gift of giving by donating to Interfaith Food Bank in the name of a friend or family member. The food bank will enclose an acknowledgement of your gift in an attractive letter for you to mail or hand deliver, and your gift is giving to a family who will benefit from your generosity.
This year, in lieu of Christmas gifts for their tenants, Hobgoblin Holdings has made a contribution of $1,000 to Interfaith Food Bank, and have requested that their tenants receive the credit for this gift. Hobgoblin hopes a contribution such as this will inspire others to choose the Gift of Giving as an option for supporting local charities while nourishing positive relationships within the business community.
