Ag Expo returns to city this week

The 2020 edition of Ag Expo and the North American Seed Fair is set to begin at Exhibition Park in Lethbridge on Wednesday.
Dubbed as “Western Canada’s Premier Ag Show,” the event will feature more than 350 indoor exhibitors from across North America including more than 35 new exhibitors.
This indoor and outdoor trade show, which will run Wednesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, showcases new product launches and the latest technology in the agriculture industry, including farm equipment, livestock supplies, chemicals, seeds, irrigation, producers and marketers of crops and livestock.
Guests can also meet with exhibitors who offer new technology, brokerage services, communications, banking, and other tools of the trade.
In a separate ticketed event on Thursday night, Exhibition Park and the Rotary Club of Lethbridge East will host the agricultural scholarship awards dinner where two winners of two $10,000-scholarships will be announced.
Admission to Ag Expo 2020 is $7 per person, with children under 10 free. Parking is $5 per vehicle.
