The Lethbridge Public Library is continuing their online programming for kids in the community as families stay in isolation.
As library staff continue to work at producing ongoing online programming, the community has appreciated the online interactions for young community members, as well as the wide range of free resources.
Today the Lethbridge Public Library will host their Parent Child Mother Goose program at 10 a.m. on the Lethbridge Public Library Kids Facebook page. Small ‘n Tall program will also be on their Facebook page at 3 p.m., and Bedtime Story for kids will take place on their Instagram at 8 p.m.
On Tuesday, the library will be focused on their kids’ Facebook Page with Stories & Stuff streaming at 10 a.m., and Small ‘n Tall streaming at 3 p.m.
The Library’s Kids Facebook page will be busy Wednesday starting with Time for Two’s at 10 a.m., Mr. OINKs Puppet Show will be streaming at 1:30 p.m., and Small ‘n Tall will be at 3 p.m. On their Instagram on Wednesday, they will also be hosting a Bedtime Story stream at 8 p.m.
On Thursday, Babies in the Library will take place at 10 a.m. on Facebook, Small ‘n Tall at 3 p.m. on Facebook, and there will also be a Mini Trivia session on Instagram at 9 p.m.
This week, the Small ‘n Tall programs will be encouraging participants to dress up for a special occasion, as the library looks forward to the community joining the fun in their favourite costume.
The Lethbridge Public Library also has other programming for older youth and adults including Online Book Club which are currently reading The Call of the Wild, there is an Online Writing Club, Digital Escape Room, and Online ESL Classes, along with many other free resources for the community, with a free membership.
