LETHBRIDGE HERALD
The City of Lethbridge has launched an online survey to gather information on how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting its citizens. The survey, which will close on May 10, will take approximately five minutes to complete and will help the City understand how the pandemic has affected daily life for residents.
“It’s a high-arching survey that is going to give us a little better understanding of where individuals and households sit right now in the midst of this crisis – so that planning for the future we will be able to, hopefully, address and meet those needs, so that as a community we can move forward together,” said Karen Iwaasa, community engagement strategist for the City.
The survey will ask questions about basic household information, how COVID-19 has affected the use of City services and whether people are working/studying from home. Iwaasa said, in addition to sharing the results with City officials, they will be posted on the Get Involved Lethbridge website.
“We are very proud that we are taking this step in actually going out and asking our community how this is impacting them so that moving forward, we can actually address those needs and not guess at what it required,” said Iwaasa.
The survey can be found at >getinvolvedlethbridge.ca/covid-19.
