The City of Lethbridge will be conducting a short phone survey over the next month to gather information from residents on their level of satisfaction with Utility Services.
The survey will be conducted by City staff in the 311 contact centre and includes nine yes and no answers. It is estimated the survey should take five minutes to complete and calls are expected to be completed by the middle of December.
In a news release, the City said conducting this survey is encouraged by the Alberta Utility Commission as a way to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement.
