The City of Lethbridge is inviting residents to engage in a community conversation this month at the Enmax Centre.
And yes, parking will be free.
More than 25 City programs and services will be on display Jan. 18 from 3 until 7 p.m. in the Enmax concourse.
The free event will include public skating, concession samples and prize draws.
“Community Conversations are a way to bring together City projects requiring community engagement in one convenient location making it easier for residents to participate. Public participation helps build a strong and connected community, informs City Council decision making and helps improve the city we all call home,” said the City in a press release.
At the event the public will be able to learn about major projects including curbside organics and changes the City has made to snow and ice control service. They can also provide feedback on future planning through surveys and interactive activities.
