Under sunny skies in front of an appreciative outdoor audience, Remedy Music School of Saskatoon celebrated mental well-being in support of Youth One Youth and Family Centre on Thursday.

Youth One is “decided to providing young people with a place of belonging, support and guidance,” says its website.

It offers after school programs and support services for youth aged 11 to 18 with programs designed to give them “a community of belonging support and guidance during their formative years.”

The Legacy concert was part of Remedy’s “Cut the World” tour and featured artists of different genres and backgrounds, some making their out-of-province performing debuts on the tour.

The school was started in the fall of 2021 as a nurturing place for artists to get support and development while prioritizing their mental well being.

“Remedy Music School aims to provide accessible avenues for individuals to experience this therapeutic power,” says the school.
