Frank says water security effects everyone, but especially those in the agriculture sector as southern Alberta is going into a fourth year of drought with this year being a Stage 3 drought.municipalities.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. at the Japanese Gardens. The event is free, but those planning to attend are encouraged to register on the Oldman Watershed Council’s Eventbrite site.
