Carney warns of signs that global economies are slowing amid Trump’s tariffs

OTTAWA — Prime Minister Mark Carney says there are signs that the global and Canadian economies are slowing.
Carney took another day off the campaign trail today to convene his Canada-U.S. cabinet committee today after a raucous week of White House tariff policy.
Markets have been in turmoil since Trump escalated his trade war with the world, only to drastically change course on Wednesday.
There are still steel, aluminum and automobile tariffs on Canadian imports to the U.S., as well as fentanyl-related levies.
Carney says he left officials instructions to prepare the next government for negotiations with the Trump administration following Canada’s April 28 vote.
Carney and U.S. President Donald Trump agreed late last month that the two countries would begin discussions toward a new economic and security deal after the federal election is over.

At least Trump is against the globalists in this goal that along with the UN wants this one world government soon and are pushing hard, as the UN promised, to manifest this in the next 10 years!
Carney is Trudeau on steroids! He has the best interests of his WEF/globalists in mind, not Canada and not Canadians!
Sadly, it appears Canadians do not care and are going to elect a majority Liberal government.
Is it the master plan to bankrupt Canada so we are forced to join a one world government? Why was Trudeau, Carney and Chrystia Freeland popular at the WEF as well as some other Liberals? It appears the billionaires are maneuvering to rule the world in my mind!
10 years ago I said to the people who told me about these plans that began back in the Pierre Elliot Trudeau reign, that they need to put their tinfoil hats on . . . conspiracy theorists! . . . Now I am not so sure as I have watched many of those plans align, along with the WEF/UN relationship.
I have zero trust in Carney or the Liberals after the Liberals devastated this country in the last 10 years, and over several decades!

What is more interesting . . . why is China trying to manipulate the election AGAIN, to put a Liberal government in place OR why does Trump LIKE Carney?
Why do not Canadians take the time to research the politics in such an important election and why listen to campaign promises, which history has proven to be filled with broken promises?
Look at the track record of these people! Ignore everything in the last 12 -18 months that has been said and continue further into that past, looking at any conflicts of interests, their financial prudence if governing, the bills they passed or vetoed, did they listen to serious concerns of Canadians, how was our economy impacted by their leadership, how was our relationship with our allies impacted, and other concerns you have! Did the current government actually do well enough to earn your confidence for you to re-elect them?
There has never been a more important time to take the time to carefully research the candidates! Or . . . .
World economies are in a bit of a turmoil because of Trump. They will all get over it. Seriously, they will. Trading will simply go in different directions , different trade partners. Canada# economy s in the toilet due to liberal policies, and yes Carney will continue the carnage started by Turdo. This is a bigger problem for us than some tarriffs imposed by Trump.
