CP NewsAlert: Progressive Conservatives to form next government in N.L.

ST. JOHN’S — The Canadian Press is projecting that the Progressive Conservatives will form the next government in Newfoundland and Labrador.

With tonight’s win, the Tories have ended a decade of Liberal rule.

It’s the Progressive Conservatives’ first general election victory in the province since 2011.
