Mrs. Audrey Bingham, beloved wife of Mr. Ted Bingham, married for 57 years, passed away peacefully surrounded by her husband, son, and 2 daughters on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the age of 80 years.
Besides her loving husband Ted Bingham, Audrey is survived by her son Terry (Debra) Bingham; her daughters Vickie (Brad) Arksey and Holly (Gregg) Williams; and her granddaughters Aleigha Arksey, Savannah Williams, and Shaylin Williams. Audrey is predeceased by her parents William and Madge Shaw, her three brothers and one sister.
At Audrey’s request, a private family service will be held.

FINDLAY
MR. GEORGE WILSON FINDLAY beloved husband of the late Christina Findlay passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013 at the age of 78 years.
George was born June 20, 1935 in Glasgow, Scotland to George and Helena Findlay. He was raised and educated in Glasgow and joined the British Army in 1953.
George was posted in many locations and was a Korean War Veteran. He married his sweetheart Christina in 1959 and they immigrated to Canada, residing in Lethbridge until his passing. George was employed at the St. Michael’s Hospital for 25 years prior to his retirement.
He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and enjoyed playing darts and dominos and golf with fellow members. George’s “witty banter” will be missed by all those who knew him.

CLAUDE CALVIN RICE, born June 24th, 1926, passed away on July 30th, 2013 at the Cardston Hospital, Cardston, Alberta with family members present.
He will be missed by his 5 children – Kathryn Duce, Marilyn Neilson, Christine Finley, Teresa (Ray) Landry, Fred (Sheelah) Rice; 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife Elizabeth, grandson Joey Mahieux, great granddaughter Kita Neilson.
A special thanks to the staff of the Lee Crest Good Samaritans, the Cardston Hospital and Dr. Robert Crawford.
Dad wanted to be known as the Manager of the North Bank of the Belly.
No Funeral as per his request. A celebration of life will be held in Glenwood at the Rice Farm on August 10th, 2013 from 1-4 p.m.

WALTER ROEDER
1927 ~ 2013
Walter Roeder of Lethbridge, AB, beloved husband of Elsie, passed away peacefully on August 5, 2013 at the age of 85 years.
Walter was born December 12, 1927 in Tarutino, Romania. Besides his wife, he is survived by his 3 children: Veronica (Peter) Sup, Dan (Renee) Roeder, and Adeline Roeder; 5 grandchildren: Seth & Faith Roeder, Celina, Brittany, and Zach Sup, and his younger brother Albert (Judy) Roeder. He is predeceased by his older brother Daniel, as well as his parents.
Walter married his soul mate, Elsie, on May 16, 1959, in Germany, then immigrated to Canada on August 4, 1959 to begin a new life. Walter was a man of many talents – he worked in the oil fields, carpentry, farming, welding, and mechanics. Ultimately, at the age of 59 he became the owner of a successful restaurant in Fort Macleod, where he had made his home and raised his family for 36 years. He spent his retirement years doing what he loved the most – spending time with family, farming at harvest time, enjoying his river view, watching hockey, shining his vehicles, working around the yard and regular trips to Hawaii. Dad & Opa will be missed greatly, but will be watching over us always.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 9, 2013 at IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 20 Rocky Mountain Blvd West, Lethbridge, with Pastor Nathan Fuehrer officiating. Inurnment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
