CLIFFORD OLSON
1919 ~ 2013
Clifford Ray Olson of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Eleanor Olson, passed away peacefully at St. Michaels Health Care Centre on August 16th, 2013 at the age of 93 years.
Clifford was born on August 22, 1919 and raised in Enchant where he grew up and farmed with his brother Harold. Clifford drove school bus for most of 30 years. He loved his baseball which he played, coached and umpired and he loved to dance, he never missed a beat even till the end.
Clifford is survived by his son Keith (Joanne) Olson of Coaldale and his daughter Kathy (Bruce) Broderson of Vauxhall. His Grandsons Les (Tamara) Olson, Vince (Michelle) Olson, Ryan (Kristy) Olson, Michael (Amber) Broderson, Marty (Shannon) Broderson, Tyler (Tammy) Broderson, & Steven (Samantha) Broderson; also 15 Great-grandchildren; his brother Howard (Jean) Olson as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families.
Besides his loving wife Eleanor, he was predeceased by his brothers Harold, Herman and Donald; and sisters Emily Howg and Esther Gillespie.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 7:00pm and 8:00pm on Tuesday, August 20th, 2013, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am, on Wednesday, August 21st, 2013 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, with Pastor Jeff Frostad officiating. A private family interment will take place in the Enchant Cemetery.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Those who wish may make memorial donations to St. Michaels Health Care Centre, 1400 – 9th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 4V5.

EDITH “EDIE” LUCRETIA WALSH
passed away in her sleep following a lengthy illness on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at the age of 80 years, beloved wife of Leslie “Les” Walsh of Bow Island. She also leaves to cherish her memory two children, Wayne and Terry; four grandchildren, Chris, Amy, Jisteen and Allan; three great granddaughters, Chloe, Charlotte and Elizabeth; two brothers, Marvin and Nelson Sullivan; one sister, Kathleen Zielke as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Pearl and Philip Sullivan; one son, Ricky and two brothers, Kenneth and Wilfred. A private family service will be held. LORETA ESPIRITU ESQUIVEL

With heavy hearts we say goodbye to our wonderful mom, grandma and great grandma who passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, August 16, 2013, at the age 84.
She was born in Bacoor, Cavite Philippines on July 15, 1929. Predeceased by her husband, Amaury Esquivel Sr. (2012). Loreta and Amaury’s marriage was a perfect example of true love and commitment.
She was a homemaker. Loreta will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, an exceptional and caring mother and grandmother. She was a great cook. She also enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She was not only the family’s foundation but she was its framework and sounding board. She was always there when needed without exception. She will be missed by her family, relatives and friends here in Lethbridge and overseas.
Loreta leaves behind her sons: Manolito (Sheryl) Esquivel, Ramoncito (Ruby) Esquivel, Amaury (Elgie) Esquivel Jr; daughters: Leonora (Antonio) Caraig, Lorna (Ponciano) Pamute; adopted daughters: May Rose (Steve) Popovics, Chandris (Andrew) Alavata; sister: Liwanag (Romy) De Castro; Brothers: Rodolfo Espiritu and Danilo Espiritu; grandchildren: Michael, Melanie, Michelle, Raymond, Ryan, Sharlene, Antonio Amaury, Julius, Jessa Mae, Justin, Ryan Jay and Nikko; great-grandchildren: Dustin, Allen, Joanna, Mahlia, Maui and Madie, Addyson, Anjelica and Gabe, and many loving nieces and nephews.
She has joined in heaven her husband, Amaury Esquivel Sr. her parents: Luisa and Placido Espiritu, daughter: Rizalina Esquivel, brothers: Efren and Carlito Espiritu, sisters: Segundina Espiritu and Corazon Angeles, daughter in law: Lilia Esquivel.
Vigil Rites will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at ST. MARTHA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd West Lethbridge, Alberta.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2013 at ST. MARTHA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH.
