Anneliese died peacefully on September 22, 2013 in Lethbridge. She was born June 17, 1920 in West Prussia to Emil and Helena Ensz.
A private interment will be held at the Coaldale Cemetery prior to the Memorial Service.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday September 28, 2013 at the LETHBRIDGE MENNONITE CHURCH, 4303-3 Ave South, Lethbridge with Pastor Harold Schilk, officiating.

Jessie Aleata (Latham) Thomson of Lethbridge went peacefully to be with our Lord on Monday, September 23, 2013 at the age of 89 years.
Jessie was born in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan on September 28, 1923.
She is survived by her six children Dean (Rainey), Wesley (Nina), Bernice (Alan) Ramsden-Wood, Dale (Linda Popovitch), Steven (Peggy), and Ken (Mary-Ann); 13 grandchildren and 18 great -grandchildren. Jessie is also survived by her sister Mary Martin, brother Ted Johnson, Aunt Mary Brace and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her first husband Jack Latham, second husband Robert Thomson, her parents Cecil and Lillian Johnson and her older brother Clayton Johnson.
Jessie’s passion in life was her faith and her family to which she gave with a generous heart. She will be remembered by all as a sweet and gracious lady who trusted our God to see her through life’s trials.
Mom we love you and will miss you dearly but are happy you’re finally where you want to be: with Jesus.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South Lethbridge.

Mrs. Margaret Sicluna of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Henry Sicluna, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 26, 2013, exactly 7 years to the day of her husband’s passing. She was 82 years old.
Margaret is survived by her son George (Bonnie) Sicluna, daughter June (Aubrey) Ully, daughter-in-law Pat Sicluna, cousin Richard Jefferson, sister-in-law Joyce Fisher, sister-in-law Dorothy (Cecil) Mintz, 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Margaret was predeceased by her husband Henry Sicluna, son Jack Sicluna and her parents Jack and Fern Hewitt.
Margaret will be remembered as a warm, loving person who was always there for others.

NANCY ELIZABETH ALICE O’CONNOR (RICE)
Nancy Elizabeth Alice O’Connor (Rice) passed away peacefully in the presence of family in Rancho Bernardo, CA on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. Born on May 23, 1924, to the late George and Catherine Rice in Lethbridge, Alberta, Nancy lived a rich and fulfilling life that spanned the Great Depression, World War II, the Civil Rights Movement, and other historical highlights that characterize the times related to “The Greatest Generation.” She had a happy childhood with her family and friends in Lethbridge and her beloved Waterton Lakes National Park. After graduating from St. Patrick’s High School in Lethbridge, Nancy attended McGill University in Montreal before enrolling at the Northwest Institute of Medical Technology in Minneapolis, where she earned a degree in medical technology. Over the next few years, she worked as a laboratory technician in several locations in the United States. In 1950, while working in Louisiana, she met the love of her life and future husband, John Thomas O’Connor, a young lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. They married, began a family, and traveled the world as a U.S. military family, criss-crossing the globe to set up home in 14 locations.
Following the death of her beloved husband John in 2002, Nancy moved to Murrieta, CA in 2003 and then to Rancho Bernardo, CA in 2010. In addition to her loving husband John, Nancy is predeceased by parents Mary Catherine and George Rice; three brothers, Donald, George (who died in infancy), and Edward Rice; and sister-in-law Ruth Rice, all from Lethbridge.
Nancy is survived by her family: son John Patrick, from Atlanta, GA; daughter Mary Catherine (Rick) Reisman from Santa Rosa, CA; son George Michael (Linda) from Simi Valley, CA; daughter Maureen Elizabeth (Mike Basarich) from Las Vegas, NV; daughter Patricia Colleen (Larry) Combee from Murrieta, CA, and son Timothy Kelly (Karen) from Poway, CA; 13 grandchildren Shanna, Patrick, Shane, Arianna, Jared, Zane, Cameron, Cara, Sean, Ian, Erin, Molly, and Coley; and great-granddaughter Brooklyn. She also is survived by sister Mary (Al) Gray from Sydney, BC; sister-in-law Angie Rice from Lethbridge; nieces and nephews Bob (Mieke) Rice, Nancy (Jim) Noiles, George Rice, Scott Gray, Cathy (Kelly) Kennedy, Anne (Bruce) Oxley, Jon Rice, and Barb (Jon) Doan.
Nancy was a devout Catholic who believed strongly in the beauty and sanctity of life. Her life was filled with grace, kindness, and humor, and she had an uncanny knack for making people smile and feel good about themselves. A funeral mass will be held at Saint Michael’s Catholic Church, 15546 Pomerado Road, Poway, on Monday, September 30, at 10:30 am, followed by a private service at Miramar National Cemetery at 12:30 pm.

Marj Petrisor of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at the age of 78 years.
Marj is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Tracy, two daughters and sons-in-law Michelle and Shane Doyle, Brenda and Glenn Ulveland, seven grandchildren Brendon, Blaine (Erin), Tara (Dustin), Travis (Carlie), Kris, Kyle and Tania (Marc), close companion Mike Zima, siblings, Bernice, Millie, Jim (Pat), Barry (Leanne), Diane (Bill), Norma, Trudy (Al), Linda (Peter), Del (Eileen), Billy (Donna) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Norm on July 4, 2005, parents Harold and Phyllis Turner, three brothers Dwight, Eugene and Maurice.

WILLIAMS, JIM
It is with great sorrow and tremendous loss we announce the sudden passing of our father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle, Jim Williams.
Aside from his loving children Kristin, Jesse and Griffin, Jim is survived by his “Queen” Joan Friedel and his first wife Janice Williams.
Jim also leaves behind his mother Helen Williams, his sister Trish Gurr (Glen), his grandchildren Violet and Leif and many nieces and nephews. Jim was predeceased by his father Robert (Bob) Williams and his sister Karen Millwater.
Jim was born in Lethbridge and moved to Calgary in 1979 with his family. Music was his lifelong passion. He played in several bands and continued playing weekend gigs with his buddies
Jim was an award winning instructor with the C.P.G.A and had been a member for the past sixteen years.
In that time, Jim created several golf programs for The City of Calgary including “KIDS ON COURSE” which won a silver medal in New Program Excellence.
In the off season from golf, Jim loved working for AMA where he made many wonderful friends and was able to continue helping others.
Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
