January 23, 2014 at the age of 101 years.

Marion Vanoni
(1960-2014)
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marion Vanoni, beloved wife of Darrell Vanoni
of Blairmore, Alberta. Marion was called to be with the Lord on January 22, 2014 while receiving
compassionate care at the Pincher Creek Hospital. She celebrated 53 years of life.
Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life include her loving husband, Darrell Vanoni of Blairmore;
her sister, Bernice (Tom) Bragg and their daughter Lisa (Neil) Bookout; her sisters in-law, Paulette (Don
Riva) Pederson and family, Irma (Mike) Williams and family and Jackie Bueckert and family; her nieces,
nephews and extended family; as well as the many friends that she made throughout her lifetime.
She was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin & Veronica Fontana; her brother, Ronald Fontana; and her
mother and father in-law, Aldo & Marie Vanoni.
The Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Holy Trinity Roman
Catholic Church with Fr. Ben Marino as Celebrant. Cremation to occur at Fantin’s Funeral Chapel’s private
crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of the late Marion Vanoni will be gratefully
accepted for the Canadian Cancer Society, Alberta Heart & Stroke Fdn. or to the charity of your choice.

Mary Catherine Wilson, known to all as “Cathy”’ passed away peacefully in Lethbridge after a courageous
and lengthy battle with illness on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Cathy is the beloved and treasured wife
of Robert D. (Bob) Wilson and the adored mother of Jim Wilson; Jane Wilson (Trevor Thredgold); Kathie
Madden; Rick Wilson; Rob Wilson; and Patti (Walter) Blackstaffe.
A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00pm on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL,
610 4th Street South, Lethbridge at which time Tributes for Cathy will be presented.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Monday, January 27, 2014 at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION
