Mrs. Agnes “Eileen” Scheurman of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Henry “Hank” Scheurman, passed away at St. Michael’s Health Care Centre on Monday, March 3, 2014 at the age of 89 years.

LEWIS WALTER ARMSWORTHY passed away in Cardston, on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 at the age of 83, beloved husband of Erva Low Armsworthy.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Cardston Alberta Stake Centre, Cardston, Alberta on March 17th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
Friends may meet the family from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the Service.

ERNIE HOUSLEY
1920 ~ 2014
Ernie Housley of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Betty Housley of 67 years, passed away at home on Monday, March 10, 2014 at the age of 93 years.
Ernie was born on October 25, 1920, in Bow Island, AB to Henry and Ellen Housley. He worked for CPR for 36 years, then took an early retirement in 1979 for health reasons. He also farmed near Coalhurst for 20 years. He retired in Lethbridge and spent many weekends trailering with “the bunch”. Ernie and Betty also enjoyed travelling, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Ernie was a longtime active member of the Masonic Lodge and also a member of the Laurel Chapter of the Order of the eastern Star.
Besides his loving wife Betty, Ernie is survived by his daughter Donna (Victor) Wiebe, sons Dennis (Diane) Housley and Doug (Beatriz) Housley; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and sister Mary Crabb. He was predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers, and 1 grandchild.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects between 7:00pm and 8:00pm, on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4th Street South, Lethbridge.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, March 17, 2014 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, with Canon Andrew Horne, officiating. Interment to follow in the Archmount Cemetery.

HILDEGARD HESSLER
UNTERSEHER (PARKER)
Born on March 18, 1923, and passed away peacefully in her home on March 11, 2014.
Hilda is survived by and will be missed by many family members; her son Charles (Jacquie) Parker of Lethbridge and daughter Audrey (Jim) Jeffrey of Porcupine Plain, SK. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Billie Jo (Larry) Basque, Angela (Jamie) Woolford, and Jason Nieuwenhuis of Lethbridge AB, and Brandon Nieuwenhuis of Grande Prairie, AB. Eleven great-grandchildren; Jordyn, Daniel, Tianna, Austin, Omega, Cameron, Shayla, Faith, Abbigayle, Rylan and Parker. Step-daughter Karen (Ed) Siewart of BC, and numerous step-grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
Along with her parents, Hilda is predeceased by one sister; Ruth (Fred) Vold, step-daughter Adrianne (Bob) Herter, and her beloved husbands William Parker (1972) and Jack Unterseher (1995).
Hilda was born and raised on the family farm near Kelstern, SK, and attended school in Ernfold. While in this area, she enjoyed farm life, socializing at the local dances, and working as a live in nanny in her teen years. Hilda married William Parker in 1942, and moved to Lethbridge, Alberta in 1950. She adjusted to city life well, working part time at Eaton’s Department Store. After her husband’s passing in 1972, Hilda furthered her education in bookkeeping and worked at Advanced Lumber and Simpson Sears. In 1980, Hilda married Jack Unterseher. The two of them enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling in their RV. Throughout her life, she enjoyed helping others and being on the go; she traveled to many places and always opened her home to family and friends passing through Lethbridge.
Her quiet courage, strength of spirit, creativity, love of sports, love of animals, and sense of humor will be carried forward by those who knew and loved her.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 – Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Saturday, March 15th, 2014 at 11:00 A.M., with Pastor Bob Butler officiating.

MRS. STEPHANIE LOUISE LANHAM, beloved wife of the late Mr. William Ernest Lanham of Lethbridge passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the age of 89 years.
She is lovingly remembered by her two daughters; Anita and Monica Lanham, as well as two Granddaughters; Kayla and Kelsey Lanham.

LES ERICKSON
1955 ~ 2014
The family of Leslie Brent Erickson is deeply saddened to announce his passing on March 11, 2014 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 58 years..
Les was born on June 7, 1955 in Flin Flon, Manitoba to Bill and Audrey Erickson. Les is predeceased by his father Bill Erickson and his special uncle Angus Ketchen. Les will be greatly missed by his wife Paulette and his children Warren Erickson and Tanya Sera (Mark) and his granddaughters (the little angels) Jaelyn and Madelin; his mother Audrey Krueger (Nana), brother Darrel Erickson (Judy) and sister Sandra Ferris (Rick) and their families also mourn his end of life; Paulette’s family, the Dionne’s, are also grieving his passing.
Les was a successful banker and economic development manager in southern Alberta. He was the branch manager of the Canadian Western Bank in Lethbridge until he became ill. He was an active member of the Sunrise Rotary Clubs in Medicine Hat and Lethbridge. He also sat on the board of the Medicine Hat Community Foundation for a number of years. Les was one of the founders of the of the Alberta Youth Entrepreneurship camp where he also served as camp director for ten years. Spending time with his family, travelling to warm destinations and enjoying outside activities such as golf were all a big part of Les’s life.

PATRICK DILLON
1945 ~ 2014
Patrick Gerald Dillon of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Karen G. Dillon (Herter), passed away after a lengthy illness on March 9, 2014 at the age of 68 years.
Patrick was born in Kingston, Ontario October 15, 1945, son of Bernard & Dorothy Dillon. He joined the Bank of Nova Scotia at age 17 and worked 10 years out of Toronto as an International Inspector traveling all over the world. He came to Lethbridge in 1984 as a credit officer, later becoming Bank Manager in Grande Prairie and Coaldale, and then retired in 2000.
Patrick gave his time willingly to many charities (Bingo and Casinos), a member of Coaldale Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. He loved his sports, Toronto Blue Jays & Maple Leafs.
He leaves behind his soul-mate, first and only love Karen, as well as his step-daughter Bunny MacNeill (Scott); his sisters Donna (Mike) Rines, Anne (Peter) Murphy, Margie (Sam) Hawley, Susan (Dominic) Pullano, Carol (Glen) Giddy and Lynn (Glenn) Sorensen; his brothers Richard and Bernard; sister and brother-in-law Sharon (Robbie) Asuchak; brother and sister-in-law Terry (Kim) Herter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Pat was predeceased by his parents Bernard and Dorothy Dillon, as well as his brother James.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at ST. BASIL’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604, 13th Street North, Lethbridge, with Father Nathan Siray, celebrant.

POCH
HOLLY GAYLE POCH, of Lethbridge, passed away at home on March 9, 2014. She lived a full life in Lethbridge.
She was born to Lynne Poch and Sylvian Poch (deceased). A brother followed, Bradley Poch.
She was always full of life, happy in school, and later in life in jobs in many areas.
She married and had two children, Paige Fowler (deceased) and Shawn Fowler. She raised a family while pursuing a career in banking at the CIBC for over 30 years. Her two grandchildren, Savannah and Trey were the joy of her life. She always had a large heart and loved to be around people. She will be missed by family and friends.
A Celebration of Holly & her daughter Paige’s lives will be held at a later date.
A trust account has been established in the grandchildren’s name at the CIBC
main Branch, 701 – 4th Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 4A5.
