1986 – 2015

Mr. Matthew “Matt” Flitton of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Kaylene “Kaylee” Flitton, and father of sweet fur baby Jax, passed away suddenly on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the age of 29 years.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 4 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Pastor Rodger Halvorsen, officiating.

Gertrude “Trude” Graham

1930 – 2015

Trude Graham of Warner, Alberta, beloved wife, mom and Omi, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2015 at the age of 85 years.

Trude was born in Austria on August 7, 1930 to Josef & Valerie Schinkora. It was while living in Austria that she met and married Robert Kuikahi. Following the end of WWII she moved with her new husband to Hawaii, where they lived for 7 years and started their family. Years after Roberts’ passing, Trude met Terry Graham and began her new life in Canada after their marriage. She resided for over 30 years in Canada on the Graham family Ranch east of Warner until her passing

She will always be loved and remembered by all who knew her.

Trude Graham is survived by her six daughters, one son, twenty three grandchildren and twenty nine great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Terry Graham.

A Graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, September 25, 2015 at the WARNER CEMETERY, Warner, Alberta.

MARTENS, MARY

March 27, 1924 – September 20, 2015

Mary passed away peacefully at home in Kitchener, Ontario.

A memorial service will be held at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home on Saturday, September 26 at 3:30pm.

Mary was predeceased by her husband Henry Martens in 2013.

She is survived by her children Janet Martens Janzen (Rick) and Dale Martens; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Mary Mazur

1924 – 2015

Loved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed away on September 11, 2015 at the Crowsnest Pass Hospital Extended Care at the age of 91 years.

Mary was born in Bellevue Alberta to Peter and Rose Plytka. Mary is predeceased by her loving husband Fred; sisters Sophie Olson, Helen Weleschuk, Nancy Laforme, brothers Joe Zach, Steve and Alex Plytka. Mary is survived by her only son Fred and wife Diane; grandson Ryan (Stacey) Mazur and great granddaughter Jessa; granddaughter Larenia (Myron) Mazur Moore and great grandson Brennan and great granddaughter Breina. Also with the extended family Chesley and Zachery.

Mary was known for her baking and meals, when she was on the farm. Later residing in Coleman and the Crowsnest Pass. Her family came first. Her greatest love was her husband, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed, but kept alive in all her family’s hearts forever.

1965 – 2015

Marlene Pollock of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Roger Wipf, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the age of 50 years.

ROTH, CLARENCE

Clarence John Roth of Surrey, BC, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at 80 years of age. His beloved wife of 55 years, Doris Roth, was at his side at Peace Arch Hospital until the end. He is survived by four of his children and his five grandchildren. Two services will be held; at Fraser Heights Chapel, September 19, 2015 at 4 p.m. and at St. Basil’s Catholic Church in Lethbridge on October 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. His ashes will be buried at Mountain View Cemetery.

ANDREW JOHN WEERSTRA SR. passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre in Lethbridge on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2015 at the age of 84 years.

Paul John Zucco

1931 – 2015

Mr. Paul John Zucco of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Stella Zucco, passed away at Edith Cavell Care Centre on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at the age of 84 years.

Paul is survived by his son Raniero (Charlene Thorlacius) Zucco and his children Tony and Sierra; his daughter Nica (Rodney) Tomita and their children Ryan and Suzi; and his daughter Bruna (Ward) Tamayose and children Taryn, Brett and Tori.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am, on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at ST. BASILS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 13 St N, Lethbridge, AB with Father Lukas Drapal celebrant. Interment will follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.
