DENNIS
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved DENNY DENNIS, who passed away in Lethbridge on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at the age of 69 years.
Denny will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kris (Sarah) Dennis and their children, Mitchel and Spencer; Jodi (Brantley) Boisclair and their children, Baylee and Jessi; 4 Brothers; 2 Sisters, numerous nieces nephews, cousins, in-laws and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his wife, June and brother Brian.
Denny grew up in Calgary, was a Master Electrician and worked with Altalink for over 35 years. He eventually opened his own consulting business. He enjoyed fishing, camping and bird watching but loved and cherished his family the most. Denny was a gentle, strong soul who enjoyed life and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at MCKILLOP UNITED CHURCH, 2329 – 15 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Terry Shillington officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Canadian Diabetes Association – 1510 2 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta, T1J 0G2.

Ferdinandas “Fred” Fomradas
1938 – 2015
It is with great sadness, we the family of Fred Fomradas announce his passing. He passed away peacefully at his home on December 25, 2015 at the age of 77 years.
Left to mourn Fred are his sons Fred, Adam and Dave. He will also be lovingly remembered as Pop’s by his three grandchildren Nolan (Fred & Klara), Summer, and Ryder (Adam & Susan). He took great pride in being their number one fan at all activities. Everyone will miss you, Pop’s.
Fred is also survived by his sister Salma, his brothers Gus, Helmut and Alec.
He was predeceased by his brothers John and Otto.

DEXTER GAMBLER, brother of Myrna Chief Moon and Thomas Gambler, passed away in Stand Off on December 23, 2015 at the age of 53 years.

GOERTZEN
1921 – 2015
David “Dave†Goertzen passed away peacefully, Friday, December 18, 2015, at the age of 94, beloved husband of the late Louise Goertzen (2009). Dad is in a much happier place being reunited with Mom whom he missed so much.
David was born January 31, 1921, in Twin Falls, ID, to Cornelius and Katherine Goertzen, the youngest of eight siblings and came to Canada in 1927. He married Louise in 1945 and they were blessed with five children. Sharon (Ken) Sloane; Gerry (Brenda) Goertzen; Nola (Bob) Handsaeme; Danny (Leona) Goertzen; Wendy (Doug) Smith. 12 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren.
A born carpenter, Dave went from building homes to building toys to carving life like figures. He has made many long-time friends and acquaintances throughout life’s long journey. He was very active in the Lethbridge Mennonite Church, Lethbridge Seniors Centre and Coaldale Volunteer Fire Department. Dave and Louise had many happy years together raising their family, travelling together and travelling with friends.
He was predeceased by his parents and all seven of his siblings.
The family appreciates all of the care Dad received during his recent hospital stays, as well as the numerous visits from the Church Community and Friends
Dave chose to donate his body to the University of Calgary for the purpose of medical education. http://www.ucalgary.ca/bodydonation

ZAUGG
ALLAN WOOLFORD ZAUGG, passed away peacefully December 30, 2015 at the age of 73 years. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Lynette and his five children, Marie (Tammy) Van Samang, Kathleen (Dalin) Bullock, Nerida Bullock, Wayne (Emily) Zaugg and Alanna (Jesse) Dalton and 20 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Mary Vance and Gwen Dapp and his brother Wallace (Mariana) Zaugg. He was predeceased by his parents, Fingal and Mary Zaugg and by his brother John and sister Reita James. Allan worked for AGT in both Calgary and Lethbridge for almost 25 years and 8 years for Peavey Mart in Lethbridge before ill health caused his retirement in 2004. The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Fairmont Chapel, 205 Fairmont Blvd S., Lethbridge, on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Bishop Rod Bennett officiating. Friends may meet with the family prior to the service from 10 – 10:45 am.
