1980 – 2016
Mr. Greg Cronkhite of Lethbridge, Alberta, beloved son of Louella and Dave Cronkhite and brother of Rich Cronkhite, passed away suddenly at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, September 30, 2016 at the age of 36 years.
Greg’s funeral will be held Saturday, October 15. Further details will be announced when completed.

William HR Hames of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Lethbridge regional hospital on September 30, 2016 at the age of 71 years.
William is survived by his daughter Dawn Teichroeb, Sons Tom and Steve Hames, grandchildren Ashley (Maged), Alisha (Jordan), and Kayla; his two sisters Florence and Dorothy, brother Ivan, friend Bonnie Fisher, 6 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

John McKenna
1945 – 2016
Mr. John Patrick McKenna of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Barbara Joan McKenna, passed away peacefully at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the age of 71 years.
John was born in England on July 11, 1945 to James and Margaret McKenna. He was a long time service manager at Canadian Linen and he enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and coaching soccer.
John is survived by his loving partner Rita Kohlman; his daughter Lisa (McKenna) Carlson and Dan, Kaitlin and Brittany; son Brad McKenna, Vicki, Kaila, Bradee and Taylor; Darcy McKenna; his brother Michael McKenna; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Besides his loving wife Barbara, John was predeceased by his parents James and Margaret McKenna, his sister Judy McKenna; his brother Pete McKenna.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4 St. S., Lethbridge, AB with Pastor Rodger Halvorsen, officiating.

MOENCH
Hilda Moench passed away at her residence Fairmont Extendicare in Lethbridge on Thursday evening, September 29, 2016, at the age of 98. Hilda was the beloved wife of the late David Moench and leaves to cherish her memory; son, Gerald (Bonnie) Moench of Lethbridge; daughter-in-law Sue Moench of Bermuda; two grandchildren, Shauna (Jeff) Truitt and Christopher Moench; great grandchildren, Cale and Kerrington Truitt; Easton and Everly Moench; sisters-in-law, Frances Bierwagen and Laura Weiss; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Antonia and William Bierwagen; her husband David in 1978; son, Ken in 2006; great granddaughter, Paige Moench in 2013; brother, William “Bill†Bierwagen and sisters, Melita Anderson, Clarra Hoffman and Pauline Mayberry.
Hilda was born on January 14, 1918 and raised on a farm near the town of Hilda, Alberta. It is here she met and married her husband, and after a few years moved to Bow Island where they resided for many years raising their family. Hilda was active in the Lutheran Church in Bow Island, teaching Sunday and Vacation Bible School. In preparation for retirement, they purchased a home in Medicine Hat. They were long time members of St. Peter Lutheran Church.
Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 am. The funeral service will be held in St. Peter Lutheran Church (758 8th Street SE, Medicine Hat) on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Shane Hein officiating. Elizabeth Pocza
1926 – 2016
Mrs. Elizabeth Pocza of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Chester Pocza, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the age of 90 years.
Elizabeth was born in Hungary on September 18, 1926 to parents John and Anna Szabo. She immigrated to Southern Alberta in 1937, where she met her husband Chester and they were married in 1943. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Barb Ayerhart; 2 sons Roy Pocza and Grant Pocza; grandchildren Tracey Wiebe, Carlin (Susan) Ayerhart, Jason (Kelly) Pocza, Ryan (Marla) Pocza, Whitney Pocza, Bill (Michaela) Baum and Tara Coulson; 11 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Besides her loving husband Chester, Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents John & Anna and her brother Andrew.

RAINS
With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of a beautiful woman, mother, sister, grandma, aunt and friend, TERESA MARIE RAINS, on Thursday, September 29th, 2016 at the age of 52 years.
She is lovingly remembered by her children, Toni (Randall Starkell) Klein and Mike (Bobbi Geddes) Klein, grandchildren: Kayla, Vanessa, Kristy, Noah, Jayce, Riley and Kaden; her brother, Bruce (Patty) Brewer and nephews, Garret and Zachery.
Teresa was predeceased by her parents, Bette Lou and John Brewer.
Teresa was born in Trenton, Ontario on November 16th, 1963. Her family relocated to British Columbia shortly after, living in a number of towns and cities with her father’s career. Eventually she moved to southern Alberta where she married, raised her family and lived out her life till her passing.
She loved gardening, exploring the outdoors and had a special passion for cooking and baking. She was very social and cherished her time with family and friends.

Dwayne Snyder
1972 – 2016
Mr. Dwayne Snyder of Lethbridge, passed away after a courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis, on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the age of 43 years. Beloved son of Femmy Snyder and the late Keith Snyder.
Dwayne was born Oct. 13, 1972 in Calgary, AB. After finishing high school in Nobleford, Dwayne worked in the trucking and construction businesses.
Dwayne is survived by his loving mother Femmy, his two sisters, Janet Snyder and Marlene Snyder all of Lethbridge as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, 2 uncles and grandparents.
