Shirley Karren of Lethbridge, beloved spouse of the late Keith Karren, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the age of 92 years.

James Bruce Major, beloved husband of Irma Major, passed away in Bow Island on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the age of 89 years.

PRICE

TEENA PRICE, beloved wife of Brian Price and mother of Brianne, of Lethbridge, passed away at the St. Michael’s Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the age of 53 years.

She leaves behind her loving husband Brian and daughter Brianne. Teena is survived by her brothers Paul (Liz), George (Joan), Gerry (Karen), mother and father-in-law Roy and Violet Price, brother-in-law Geoff (Shelley), sisters-in-law Colette (Randy), Karren (Robert), as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father and mother Wes and Jean Williams as well as special sister in-law Bonnie Williams.

Teena was born on November 9, 1962 in Orangeville, Ontario and came west with her family in 1975. Throughout her working career, she held various jobs and recently completed 10 years as a loans officer with Lethbridge Legion Savings and Credit Union. There she made many friends and truly enjoyed working with the members and her colleagues. She was a loving mother and wife who didn’t believe in procrastination, if something needed to be done, it was. Teena enjoyed camping and many summer vacations were spent relaxing in the beauty of Glacier National Park, Montana. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB, on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 5:00 P.M.

SUGIMOTO

NOBORU SUGIMOTO of Lethbridge, beloved spouse of Kazuko Sugimoto, passed away peacefully at St. Therese Villa on Friday, October 7, 2016 at the age of 91 years.

Noboru “Nob” was born July 5, 1925 in Raymond, Alberta. He was the fifth child born to Kisaburo and Moto (Nakata) Sugimoto. He was predeceased by his parents and seven siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Kaz; brother, Mamoru (Wendy) Sugimoto; sister, Tomiko Sugimoto; sisters-in-law Fumiko and Takako; brother-in-law Teiji Nakamura, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews whom he held very close and dear to his heart.

A Memorial Service will be held at THE BUDDHIST TEMPLE OF SOUTHERN ALBERTA, 470-40 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 10:30 am.
