1928-2018

Mr. Helmut Fritz Erich Guenther, beloved husband of Germaine Smith Guenther, passed away quietly and peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary, AB.

Friends may meet the family at CHRISTESEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, on Sunday, February 4, 2018 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 1:00pm at THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS- EAST STAKE CENTER, 4105 Forestry Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta with Bishop Aaron Lowe officiating.

A private family graveside will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the church’s Perpetual Education Fund in memory of Helmut Guenther.
