GORHAM-COLEMAN

HAZEL V. COLEMAN (GORHAM) passed away in Raymond, Alberta on Thursday, August 16th, 2018 at the age of 88 years, surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her children, Bruce (Peggy) Gorham, Barbara (Duncan) Thompson, Sharon Anderson; daughter-in-law, B.J. Gorham; 16 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren. Hazel was predeceased by her husbands, Robert Gorham and Kenneth Herbert Coleman; son, Berry Gorham, son-in-law, Barry Anderson; great grand daughter, Madison Gorham.

A private family funeral will be held on Saturday August 25th, 2018.

DIESER

JOHN DIESER, beloved husband of Mary Dieser of Lethbridge, AB, passed away peacefully at St. Therese Villa on Friday, August 17, 2018 at the age of 80 years.

A Visitation will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive, Lethbridge, AB on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.

An Interment will be held at MOUNTAIN VIEW CEMETERY on Friday, August 24th at 2:00 P.M. (Meet at the front gates at 1:45 P.M.) followed by a Celebration of his Life at CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, 716-23rd Street North, Lethbridge, AB at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Harold Cooper officiating.

Gloria Graham

1932 – 2018

Our dear mother, Gloria Elaine Graham, passed peacefully at the age of 86 years, on August 19, 2018. Mom was born and spent her life in Warner until she moved to Lethbridge in 1982. She met many new friends in Lethbridge at Nord-Bridge Church, Lethbridge Community College as a student and many other places. Mom’s memory will live on in her children: Debra Boras, Val (Doug) Tollestrup, Garth (Sue) Graham, and Laurel Blake. She was the proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. We take comfort that she is resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus. A Celebration of Gloria’s Life will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, August 24, 2018 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street S., Lethbridge, Alberta. A private family graveside service will be held prior in the Warner Cemetery, with Pastor Tim Seim officiating. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to a charity of your choice.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda and Bruce Jones of Warner on July 29, 2018 at the age of 56 years, and August 4, 2018 at the age of 63 years, respectively. They are survived by their sons: John (Kelly) Rovin and David (Mary) Fisher; daughter, Melinda Radisic; and five grandchildren. OLMEDO

MARÍA TERESA BARRÓN GÓMEZ DE OLMEDO, born February 21, 1927 in San Salvador del Valle (Trápaga) Spain, passed away on August 19, 2018. Teresa left her home in Spain at age 24 and moved to Montevideo, Uruguay where she met and married Gonzalo Olmedo, the love of her life for over 62 years. In 1979, Teresa and her family immigrated to Canada. Teresa is survived by her sweetheart Gonzalo; her daughters Mayte (George) Hufnagel and Mónica (Terry) Ingoldsby; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. The family wishes to express their deep appreciation to the kind caregivers at Extendicare Fairmont Park, the Chinook Regional Hospital and the St Michael’s Health Centre. Funeral Services to be held on Saturday, August 25th at 11:00 AM at SALMON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 433 Stubb Ross Road South (entrance to the airport).

ELROY CHARLES ONE OWL

Elroy One Owl passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018, at the Pincher Creek Health Care Centre surrounded by his loving family and friends. He joins her beloved late wife Cheryl Iron Shirt but leaves behind his precious children: Stephanie (Wade), Garrett & Melody; his siblings: Johnny (Gloria), Chelan, Debbie, and Danielle (Joey) & his Aunt Colette Warrior & many other family members & friends who loved him. A Prayer Service will be held on the Wednesday, August 22, at Snodgrass Funeral Home at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mel Boerema officiating, followed by a two-day Wake at Elroy’s residence on the Piikani Nation. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 24, at Piikani Community Hall at 1:00 pm, followed by the burial at Piikani Nation Brocket Cemetery.
