Grenald Cowan
1924 – 2018
Mr. Grenald Earl Cowan of Magrath, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Jean Cowan, passed away at Raymond Hospital on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the age of 94 years. Grenald was born on September 2, 1924 in Halkirk, Alberta to George and Sarah Cowan. He was predeceased by his parents; loving wife Jean; one grandson; two sisters and five brothers. Grenald is survived by his children Rhonda (Derrel) Taylor, Loretta Cowan (Jim Toman) and Earl (Treana) Cowan; 8 grandkids and 13 great-grandkids. A Celebration of Grenald’s Life will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, September 24, 2018 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street S., Lethbridge, Alberta. For those who wish, you may pay your respects 1 hour prior. Interment will follow in the Magrath Cemetery.

Ruth Holthe, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away unexpectedly in Lethbridge on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, two weeks short of her 98th birthday.
